Little Lag Spikes

Basically I can play all game at very good FPS, one thing I have noticed is that I get tiny bits of lag spikes every couple seconds and its not bad lag at all, but its noticeable and very annoying. Does anyone know why this is happening?

No I don't. I have a A10-6800k and a R9 270.

Im kind of new but the only thing I did was i set the possible speed for the CPU Lower, is that the problem?
My CPU can go to 4.1 GHz but I lowered it to 3.8 cause I thought it would reduce heat.

well reducing speed does but thats underclocking. are you unhappy with the 4.1ghz temps if not just raise it back up and see if it solves the problem.

That did stop the lag, im an idiot but thanks for the help.
