Little monitor damage

Hello there, i have an Philips 226VL monitor (21.5 inch), But yesterday i cleaned the screen like i normally do. But what happened is that some water really a little little little bit leaked into the underside of the monitor. Now it has a few horizontal lines of glitched/stuck pixels running through the screen. Like 10 lines of pixels. They aren't stuck they do function. But they display the wrong area of the screen. Like if i am typing i see a little piece of the letter in that horizontal line.

And i don't have the money to buy a new monitor so please help me

Probably shorted some of the edge connections on the panel,I don't think there is much you can do.
If you are very lucky it may rectify as it dries out.
For future information it is a bad idea to clean a monitor with water get some LCD monitor cleaner and apply to a lint free cloth not direct to the screen.
This will prevent excess running down the screen and onto the edge of the panel.

If it does not rectify itself I don't think there is any way to fix this unfortunately .
