Live Photo Gallery Vanished after Restore

I originally had Live Photo Gallery installed on this laptop-( windows 8.1) did a system restore- Said my pictures would not be affected andI still have pictures but not the program of Windows Live Photo Gallery- which was so easy to find and manipulate as well as send. Is it still here and how do I get it back?

Is it listed under "Add and remove programs" ? If not, I would download and install it. http://download.cnet.com/Windows-Live-Photo-Gallery/3000-2193_4-10920662.html

Scanned the installer with 2 anti-malware programs and it is safe. Microsoft does not support Live Photo Gallery anymore but you may be able to install it using the installer file.
