Live Streaming PC Question

I want to build a Streaming PC and was planning on an I7 4930k and I am still willing to spend that kind of money but will i see any kind of increase in stream quality from uping CPU Preset with that beast of a cpu or should i just get a i7 4770k or i7 4790k

Do you mean streaming videos? Stronger processors do help some when streaming content, but it won't necesarily get you better speeds because speed of streaming is regulated by:

-network adapter
-router
-modem
-ISP

You can easily stream perfectly on a normal i5 or i7. no need a tall for a workstation CPU.

Get a 4790k at most.

What are your internet download and upload speeds? this is important.

also what are my future upgrade options if it go with a socket 1150 or 2011. i dont want to have to change my motherboard if i dont have to

That should be fine for 1080p streaming.

You will have to change boards no matter what in a few years when it is time to upgrade. Just get a 4790k.

The 4790k is newer. It is better.

Honestly you will really so no difference.

That 2011 i7 is for rendering and encoding. Either get another i5 or get the 4790k AT MOST.

Streamers get their stuff for free, so they'll get the best stuff
