I am seeing a error code 404 from tw.msi.com.tw when trying to update 'Live
update'. Is there a problem with the server or perhaps I am doing something
wrong? Any help appreciated

TIA

Same here. It's probably a server problem at their end.

Outgoing mail is free from nasty things that can make your computer go all
wibbly.

Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).

Some progress then ... the Live Update Site is back, so I downloaded and
installed the latest version of Live update and then the latest BIOS flash -
but both the Create DOS disk and Create Backup Disk both continually fail,
no matter what floppy I put in the drive...

I suppose its progress of sorts ..

I installed the live update on my 6363 v3 .Since Ive been useing the first
overclockers bios forever ! I decided to try a amd 1700 (the great
overclocker ) well once installed ( the live bios)it also installed the live
monitor (yes I know at my own risk) but the problem is once Ive tried this I
didnt like it ,it gave me guff from the begining and now Ive taken it off my
system and yep you guessed it my PC is all messed up takes at least five
times of starting over and over! it has taken up to 9 restarts to get passed
the bsod and allways at least five times of restarting (I KNOW AT MY OWN
RISK) well I think MSI is doing things a little strange if somthing messes
up you sys why put it out there ? is this a known bug or maybe job security
.. I dont know what it is, reg files left over or just MSI trying to get us
old timmers to update our systems . I love this turbo2 it has been very good
to me and I thought I would if ever get another msi but now Im not too sure
.. any help I will be grateful . hope this isnt a repeat but I feel it is.
