Live video encoding: i7-3930K vs i7-4790K

I need CPU for live video streaming with FMLE.
Which CPU could handle more streams? 85% of CPU is used for live video encoding.
Maybe there is other recommendations?

3930K is more threads and faster.

However, if you can, I'd suggest buying the i7-5820K. Should be a little cheaper, and two generations later. Slightly higher clock speed, too.

Yes, 5820K looks better solution. I did miss it somehow. Thanks!

One more thing: how much 5820K would be better than i7-3770 in my case? Would there be much different in CPU usage?

The 5820K would be maybe 50% more powerful in well threaded workloads. Six cores instead of four at a similar clock rate, a slightly more efficient architecture, and more memory bandwidth.
