I have been having this issue with my PC almost ever since I've built it. The PC is maybe a bit short of 2 months old and all of the parts were brand new when purchased. It stopped doing this for a little bit, but I find it always re occurs eventually. My PC will be working fine and then about 25-30 minutes after the first boot, the monitor will lose signal but my PC will stay on, and the only way to make the monitor work again is to reboot the PC. I have reinstalled drivers countless times and have reinstalled windows as well as updated my BIOS and nothing has changed. Here is the error code;

That's a Hardware Error which you have been experiencing. Have you done any kind of OC/overclocking on any of your PC components. If done, then kindly revert back to factory default settings. This Kernel event error is a "reaction" message which Windows will display if the PC was abruptly shut-down, or due to any other cause.

Are you using a fresh and a clean install copy of the Windows OS ? Anyway, clear and reset all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default, and then re-boot the system. This is definitely a hardware error/issue, and it could also be your system RAM, but I'm just guessing at this point.

Which Memory kit are you using ?
