Min. release clause? Even if it is not, it is nothing new. Comp. teams do it all the time in
0304. Signed a player one day, next day, they offered him up to me at the min. release clause
thus ensuring a quick profit. This sort of thing was nipped in the later CM3s tp prevent quick
turnovers. Guess SI forgot to code the preventive lines back in CM4s and FM.

I thought the new rule was players weren't allowed to move to more than two
clubs in a calendar year though?

Maybe that doesn't go for youth players?

That is what Fifa said so with protected contracts.
Unless Cerci is under 17, therefore any new contract would be a youth one and thus unprotected
by default, he could not move so quickly.
But in 0304, I always have clubs offering me players within the week of signing for the new club
and I can sign them if I want to. So, I don't know any more.
