How To Load both GPUs in AMD Radeon R9 295x2 and make them share the load

Dear Gents,
I need your support please.
I have AMD Radeon R9 295x2 and while I'm playing i observed that 1 GPU is loading 100% and the 2nd GPU load is 0%.
I need bothe GPUs to be rununig and sharing the load.
I didn't touch the setting of the AMD itself, please support me in this issue.

What game are you playing? Do you need crossfire support drivers for the GPU? Are you using the latest driver for that card?

In the CPUZ, it's written AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (Hawaii XT) 4 GB and my card is AMD Radeon R9 295x2 .
The game i\m playing is Assassin's creed Origins., and i'm using latest updates
