Load Driver: A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing... Tried USB 2.0 still not working..

So I put together my build.. everything seems to be running fine except for the fact that I cannot load Windows 7 pro 64 bit from my usb flash drive..

I tried 2 flash drives, one is 2.0 and the other is 3.0.. every time this error occurs.. what can I do???
Also, I have tried using both the 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports on my PC. No luck.

I do not have an external or internal DVD drive for this build

I'm going to assume you have a brand-new motherboard with UEFI and is Win8 compatible, right? Go in to the security or boot settings and turn off secure boot/turn on legacy boot. Read your motherboard manual for how to do that.

yes it is brand new (z97s SLI krait) I will try and do that now

Also make sure that it is set to boot legacy sources first.

right now its set to legacy / uefi
and the usb drive is #1 in boot priority.. still getting the error

bad iso file. things are working now, using a proper iso
