Question Load time problems with ssd

I just recently built a pc about a month ago and I just recently have experienced extremely long load times. I have tried optimizing and and cleaning the ssd but nothing has worked. The load times were never this long and I cant't find a solution. I ran a UserBenchmark performance test and it was rated at 9.79 % running at 76 MB/s. This is the ssd that I use https://www.amazon.com/TC-SUNBOW-SATAIII

Gigabyte B450M DS3H
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
AMD RX 570
GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB 2133MHz

I don't know what else to do so any advice would be appreciated.

1. Don't use userbenchmark. Try CrystalDiskMark instead.

I don't have any other drives on my pc I only have the ssd that I use. I ran CrystalDiskMark and I got 531 mb/s read speed and 162 mb/s write speed on the sequential 1 mib test.

Is write caching enabled on that drive?

From the Amazon listing:
"Sequential Data Read/Write Performance :330/320MB/s "

Pretty crappy for a supposed SATA III drive.

Is there nothing else that I can do, like I said it used to work fine but it goes so slow now.
