Load / Unload Cycle Count High !

Hello
I have a seagate 1 TB for my laptop that has high load / unload cycle count
and it increase every minutes
today at 1 pm, my load / unload is 120754, and after 3 hours the load / unload is at 120804
how do i fix this ??

and i also have a WD Green 4 TB for my PC
that has 5000 load / unload cycle with only 150 hours on

can you guys help me ? i'm very afraid that it will fail

sorry i don't quiet understand

my seagate load unload cycle has now reach 120842
i though that load unload cycle should not be increasing this fast?
