From CrystalDiscInfo select Function -> Advanced Feature -> Raw Values -> DEC [10] and it will convert for you.

Just note that not all numbers are human friendly.

it,s a desktop
the one that show c493 is western digital green
but I checked same drive with the SMART info showing in Samsung magician software
and it show over 150 000
so which software to trust ?
 
I am not sure why they show over 150 000. Maybe it is just not reading the western digital SMART right, but SMART should be pretty standard for those kinds of things.

I have seen some drives not report load/unloads, but not report different numbers on different software.

I have had good luck with CrystalDiskInfo.
