Loaded Windows 7 on to second internal HDD and it will not recognise MS Office on first disk

My desktop has 2 internal drives, the second as extra storage. The primary drive is damaged so I reloaded the OS, Windows 7, on the second drive, which works fine. it will not however open any MS Office files from the original drive, saying it is not configured to do so.

Any ideas?
