Loading content from SSD

Hi, I just got a new mobo and I plugged my SSD and HDD into it and it says that it has all of my content on it but it doesn't load onto the computer. For example I have google chrome on my ssd and it wasn't on my new computers desktop so I went into the SSD and looked it up and found it and opened it and within seconds it loaded all my previous tabs and correct chrome theme so it knew all that stuff. My question is how do I get all that stuff on the hdd and ssd to go onto the new computer without having to indicually click on everything and open it?

The google chrome theme and opened tabs ore not stored on your ssd nor hdd but in the google cloud, I believe. Just move to your new PC download google chrome, log in and Google will sync these things for you.
