Loading Drivers on Windows 7 setup

I was trying to install windows 7 using win7 disk....suddenly a window named Load Driver popped up.I don't know what to do....maybe it requires my motherboard's drivers...but I don't have the CD that came with my motherboard...any solutions

Try installing windows 7 by creating a bootable USB using a proper ISO Image:
