Question Loading Screen keeps spinning but keyboard and mouse was loaded then off

Heyo, I'm kinda worried right now.
This is because whenever i start my computer, ASROCK comes out normally and into the Windows Loading screen. But the circle just keeps spinning and i've tried to power off, then it takes me to "Preparing Automatic Repairs" but then it'll just be a black screen as well.
Is there anything that can be done?
