Loading windows 7 acer

I have an Acer Laptop that was running on Vista,I am trying to load windows 7 after havig to format the drives having lost boot files for Vista(System crash after Vista Service pack 1 download) when I load windows 7 when computor goes to restart continues to reload windoes 7 all over again what to do?

You are saying that Windows 7 is already loaded, correct? It goes to restart after Windows 7 is loaded, and then it tries to load it again?

If this is the case, when it reboots, can't you take the disc out? Change the boot order to HDD first, and it would fix this too.

If I'm wrong in understanding the problem, please restate, and I'll try to help you figure it out.
