I recently got a new computer, made sure everything was set up and turned it on. Everytime i goto install windows 7, it asks for a mass storage device driver. I've downloaded and put all kinds of different drivers to see if it was the right one, I've looked at many different threads, i'm just at a loss at the moment. It came with a MSI disk that says it has all the drivers, but it never runs it. I took all the info on it and also put it on the thumbdrive, but that was also a no-go. So, maybe someone wants to give me some advice? I have to go to work right now, but I will check the answers as they get sent to my email when I have time. Thanks!

Solution
All I can think of now is its looking for a driver for a mass storage device that you have plugged in.
USB2 drivers are built into windows7 so it shouldn't be that...

you are correct in that it doesn't recognize any usb ports that are 3.0, but I went to the page, put the driver on a thumbdrive, and it still doesn't recognize it as the driver I need.
