Loadline Calibration on E8400 enable or disable? is it safe?

i have loadline calibration enable on my system but i get higher temps iam just wondering wether its better to have it enable or disable?? i have e8400 45 mn chip overclocked to 4 ghz , any help will be appreciated

all it does it up the voltage when your cpu draws a large current eg under load,
its safe to be enabled, with a large oc you should have it on to reduce the ammount of vdroop which will limit a oc.
