More info?)
What are known as "keys" are shown as folders in REGEDIT. In other words,
they're what appear in the left-hand pane. The items in the right-hand pane
are Entries, each of which have a Name and a Value.
When you use MSCONFIG to disable an Entry in one of the Run or RunServices
keys, the Entry gets moved to a corresponding key named Run- or
RunServices-. When you enable the item, it gets moved back to the
corresponding Run or RunServices key. If no entries remain in the (-) key,
it is deleted.
If you want to permanently disable LOADQM from starting, to remove it from
the list entirely, then you want to delete the corresponding Entry from the
Registry. Normally, it would still be enabled and you'd remove it from the
Run key. At this moment, however, you can do the job by deleting the entire
Run- key, assuming that LOADQM is the only Entry in that Key. If, on the
other hand, other items appear there, you'll have to decide on a
case-by-case basis whether or not each item should be permanently removed.
