Loaning out players

I started game with Napoli in Serie C2. I've signed a whole bunch of
talented youngsters. I'd like to have them play first-team football so
they'd develop faster. I can't give them much first-team time myself, so
I tried to loan them out after they turn 17. No one seems to be
interested in my players though. After a while I added new users to a
Serie B team, kicked most of the old players out and loaned in my players.

Is that the only and easiest way to get lot of players out to loan? I
know I can somehow add reserve team in some real league. Can I do it
with the SI Games editor? Can I make my reserve team play in any
country/league I want, or does it cause problems if the first team and
reserves play in different countries? Should I intead buy and sell the
players back and forth between two teams I control?

You can try to loan out players by going to offer to clubs - on add clubs
ask assistant for suggested clubs - then change the transfer type to loan -
the clubs in the box below will disappear, but click confirm anyway and in a
few days clubs will respond by either saying no or offering for them on
loan. I've found its a lot easy to loan players out on FM2005 than CM03/04
in my Tottenham game I have to turn down loan offers as I need the players
in my first team. If Napoli have any local teams lower down the league then
those clubs should start offering to loan your players (most of my Tottenham
players were loaned to other london teams).

You should be able to swap your reserves into an other league using the
editor, but expect bugs, from past experience with CM03/04 you'll have no
fixtures, board will be confused.

The easiest method I found was to take over another (other league/country)
loan your players and go on Holiday for the season (this also has problems
though - I loaned my players to Herhta Berlin and they won the title, and
when they come back from loan they demand to be in your first team and
refuse to be loaned out again)
