Local Disk C: Application not found. Windows 10

Hello,

I recently got this problem where i can't open my hard drives C: & G:
When i double click it or right click and press "Open", it tells me "Application not found".
The same issue proceeds when i try to open my DVD drive as well.
I have searched the web and found multiple solutions for removable drives, but not for any local SSDs & HDs.
I first thought this was a virus of some sort, so i ran MalWareBytes and no issues were found. This is a very annoying issue, does anyone have a solution for me please?

you could also use glary utilities fro more cleaning .

Do you know what the specific cause of this issue i had was?
Did i do something that caused this problem?

not exactly seams the registery got corrupted from bad driver files if you search it it is on the net for a few years now .
