Local Disk D is Full but it has nothing in the file

I need some help, My Disk D is almost full and the computer says it needs clean up though I can't because there is nothing in it. But it has 41.4 mb full of nothing?

Can you show a picture of Disk management ? At that size it's probably a system partition with letter assigned to it and it shouldn't.

This is Windows 10? And this only happened after the recent April 1803 update?

If so, that is just a system partition that has been mistakenly given a drive letter.
