Local Disk (F:) just appeared out of no where and I cannot do anything with it?

I assume that this is a system partition or some form of recovery drive but I cannot remove or edit it in any way. All I want to do is remove its drive letter so I can stop getting notifications that the drive is almost full because it is partitioned at 450mb and its taking up 410mb of it. This wasnt there 3 or 4 days ago when I was in windows explorer moving things to an external HDD.

Any ideas?

This is a common occurrance following the Win 10 April 1803 update.
Many, many people have seen this.

To fix it, you just need to remove that F drive letter.
