I got my brand new laptop today, it's a HP Omen.
But for some reason there is 3 local disks, one of them has only 256mb of storage and denies me access to it! I've only installed 3 programs: Chrome, Steam and TeamSpeak3. Also I've installed GtaV FM16 and Gmod as games.
I can't tell why this Disk is there and why I can't see what's inside!
I can't imagine being a virus since I just got the computer!

Google is coming up with hp laptops having the hidden oem partition popping up in 10. You can go to disk management and take the letter assignment off so it doesn't show. Usually the recovery partition is hidden too.

My guess is that it is just some system files that the manufacturer locked off. Not 100% though. Let some more people reply.

My Laptop is the same; Recovery Disk D and Recovery Disk E all allocating less than GB of storage.

Just ignore it; It's harmless.
