Is there a place in the local group policy where I can specify a PAC file that applies to the computer for any user?

Is it possible to specify a PAC file using the local group polcy that applies to all users of the computer? If so, what is the path to the setting in the local group policy?

The exact path depends on the construction of your network and AD.

Domain, OU, whatever.
