I know in Citrix Metaframe we can setup a drive to view
our local hard drives. How can I do the same in Microsoft
Terminal Services for our clients?

If using Windows Server 2003 enabling disk drives on the Remote Desktop Client adds the drives to My Computer. You can map them via NET USE DriveLetter: \\tsclient\C

In this case you cannot by default.
You have a couple options.
- DRVMAP from the Windows 2000 resource kit (does NOT work over the Internet
for example and is basically a share/map procedure - not very safe).
- Freeware called TSDropCopy. Free but unsupported.
- Some third party utilities like my FTPRDP (shareware but supported and
actively developed).
