Local profile issue

Hello all,

I have a problem with a user on a Domain. He was having issues with MS Excel, and my supervisor said to clear out his old local profile and have the computer create a new one the next time he logs on. Well his computer is not creating a new profile and is just assigning him a temporary profile. Any suggestions?

Solution
Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced tab -> click Settings under User Profile -> Select the profile for the user and click the Delete button.
