I have a 7 year old dell that I would like to use for watching local TV. Is there a cheap/best way to go about this? I've read a bit about TV tuner cards and I think that it might work. If I got a tuner card and then an antenna to plug into the coaxial, would that work?
I'm excited at the prospect, I've been without a TV for a long time and would love to be able to watch PBS programming on my monitor. Having a TV sitting around for just one channel doesn't seem worthwhile.
