Locating IP address of Wireless router

It looks like that Netgear router is not the Gateway, is that a second router you have setup as a WiFi extender? To set it up you would have needed to give it an IP address manually, did not note that anywhere? What if you look at the main router, you can see the connected devices, the Netgear should show up in that.
To find the IP of the router, connect to the router via WiFi, then, assuming you're running a Windows machine, press the windows key and the letter R at the same time. You'll get a run box. In that box, type "cmd" and press enter. Then, in the command prompt, type "ipconfig" and locate your WiFi card and read the IPv4 address.
