i need to find a computer program so i can desable most fetures in
widdows e.g task mrg or certan bits of the control panle and stuff
like that

I used their Fortres 101 program a long time ago with Windows 98. It worked
very well. I haven't used it in several years so I don't know how well the
current version works.

If you are on a network using Active Directory you can use group policies
with loopback processing to accomplish this. That is what I switched to from
Fortres 101.

i know now you probably think ime been picky but fortrus 101 is a bit
expensive ime a home user and just want to lock down one user name or
maybe 2
