Lock function keys

Hey,
I have a Cougar Ultimus keyboard. The function key was locked so I could use the F1 to F12 keys for multimedia. I have somehow turned it off and have to hold the function key down to change volume etc. I can't find how to change it back.

I have seen some comments about having to do it in the bios but I can't find that setting.

Just in case I do my mobo is an Asus Z270-E

the 2nd picture makes it look like holding win key + function down might give you access to the 1 button choices, as I said, its not obvious. As those 2 keys also just lock the win key.

Keyboard uses default drivers so that doesn't help.

I would be surprised if keyboard settings like this are in the bios

Yeah I have seen that and tried pressing all three to lock each key. Still no luck. Might be time to send an email to the manufacturer

see if any new firmware for kb by downloading UIX: https://cougargaming.com/downloads/ - unsure if keyboard uses this or not.
