locked 30 fps with vsync off on minecraft

i have a gtx 1070 and my fps is locked at 30 fps ive tried everything with vsync in game and nvidia control panel and i still get 30fps with nvidia graphics card

So you are definitely sure that Vsync is off in the game settings, and nvidia control panel including adaptive Vsync? I haven't played minecraft so I wouldn't know but is there a setting in the game itself that puts out an FPS cap? Also make sure you haven't enabled a fps limiter through MSI afterburner or RTSS.
