So, someone busted into router and started MAC filtering so nobody could access it. I came on and removed restrictions for devices but accidently selected filter to allow certain addresses while there werent any set. (Stupid it takes immediate effect didnt even hit apply.) Now problem is as we all 3 apartments in house share the internet from the guy who is in the middle, and he went on vacation, there is no way I could access router and manually reset it or use cable to access it. Any suggestions? I cant access it nor spoof any mac adress as there isnt any left. I only have wifi password and router which refuses connections now and I cant access it for another week. Any suggestions?

You might need to hit the Factory Reset button, depending on the brand, usually located on the bottom or near the power jack on back. Reset and reconfigure. Find the manual online and log into the Default IP and using the Admin account, reset information and establish the Security that you want/need.

I can't, its in his apartment and he is gone for a week or so a least. I locked out everyone and its needed on monday. I tried to lookup if I could bruteforce enter it with backtrack, as I have password would only need to bypass MAC filter but found no solution
