Locked folder problem

Hi
I have locked a folder on my USB Stick using lock-a-folder. Somehow lock-a-folder got corrupted and I had to reinstall it, after I reinstalled it, I couldn't find anymore the folder I just locked and now 4 gigs is occupied by that folder on my USB Stick. Iwonder If somebody could help me because I'd like to recover that folder if possible.
