Locked Mulipliers?

I have a amd AXP Thoroughbred 2400+, socket A, 1.760 V
133x15.0 and i have these jumpers on my Mobo(Asrock K7s8xe+) that i can change my mulipliers, but nothing happend when changing them eihter up or down.. so i belive they are locked.. but how to unlock?

Unlocking required modfication to the chip (maybe its possible)

Multipliers got locked after week 39 of last year if I'm not mistaken but not 100 percent sure if that refers to Bartons only. The Thoroughbreds may have been locked sooner

The next four digits represent the timeframe when the core was made. The first two digits describe the year, while the other pair represents the week. For instance, our example is marked as "0302", it means that it was made on the second week of this year.
