So earlier today I tried signing into One-Note, but spammed a ton of characters into the email and passwords to create and account because the Surface im currently using will be returned in a few days. Now, after doing so, I guess windows 10 synced whatever I put into OneNote to my system and is now prompting me to log-in to my computer before allowing me to use it. How do I get past this? I cant log into the email I created and I do not know the password. Is there anything I can do?

actually because windows 10 uses the new MS account and thats what you set the password on you need to use another computer that can get into MS account and see about resetting the password a reformat will not work in this case as your computer is not a Local account but a MS account based

I ran into this before setting up accounts for my children to use on the computer if they have a local account i just set them up however if i just make an account it creates a MS account with needs an e-mail address and password also for the protection of my children MS now requires me to pay them all of 1$ per account to make sure im a parent i guess so i ended up making a local account on the computer for them

If you can, follow the instructions at https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/downloadablerecoveryimage
If not,
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and follow the instructions you would normally use. You'll probably need an external keyboard though.

That method requires you to have known what you used for hte account, which it seems he just put in random garbage instead. If he remembers that fake info, he could restore the password, but I doubt he has the right info...
