Question Locked out after new update

I recently done a current Windows 10 update last night and now whenever I attempt to log in it accepts my pin, but then freezes and refreshes the log in screen.

Stuck in a loop at the moment so any help would be GREATLY appreciated

I have no restore points anymore and even when I “Reset this PC” it comes up with an error saying “There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made.”

What update did you do? From what to what?

Try booting into Safe Mode.
