Locked out of admin account

My little brother got on my account and made himself an admin, then removed my admin privileges. He wont tell me his password because he's mad at me and I cannot do anything because I have no boot drive or any way of using any method that requires admin privileges.

This is a social problem, not a tech problem.

Fix your little brother. Then fix your password/lock screen issues.
