Locked out of computer!

I am completely locked out of my computer. My user account says The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User pofile cannot be loaded. Administrator account says it has been disabled. Plese see you system administrator. I can't get anywhere. Please help me!

At this point, you have to contact the manufacture. It's against forum policy to help with bypassing passwords.

You need to speak to admin. Your plea for help is unwarranted if it is there mistake, so we cant really do anything.

It is my personal pc. I am not much of a computer person and I had trouble with installing my Norton 360 and somehow got to the point that I can't get in my computer. No funny business just being honest. On my daughters pc now. My computer doesn't even ask for a password...just says that it has failed logon.
