Locked out of hea.. I mean Windows 7

I am locked out of my Windows 7 desktop. My main account is the admin. I have a second account, however to do anything on it, such as downloading, requires the admin password. I originally did this to keep my younger siblings from downloading things. However, some drivers are in need of an update. Are there any trustworthy password tools that I can use?
