I've recently had an issues with a GPU driver and I had to rollback drivers and such, but when I sorted it out I noticed when I was logging in there were now 2 accounts showing up.
While trying to sort this out I discovered it must be a local account, but it wasn't appearing in the part where it shows the local accounts so I decided to delete it through command prompt.
I then restarted my PC to realise the account I just deleted was the account I was on (the one with admin rights) and I'm now locked out of it.
The default "Admin" account shows that it's never been used and I don't know it's password. I do not have the recovery windows key but I can get it (had windows installed for me)but only as last resort.
I'm now locked out of the computer, with neither local account or email account working to log in.
I'm clueless on what to do next. Is there any way to recover the deleted account? I need to use that computer as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time, best regards.

Solution
The "admin" account could very well be a blank password or your own password if you never set it up.
You could restore from backups if you have those as well.
