someone please help. im locked out of windows 7 and i really dont want a useless computer. i just bought a new toshiba and unfortunately it was locked by its previous user who i can no longer reach. thanks for your time everyone

You need to contact Toshiba -- but be prepared to offer proof of lawful ownership.

I feel sorry for your case, but we can't really do anything here. We can't teach you how to bypass it or anything, and you would have to contact toshiba and provide proof that you are the owner of the computer.
