Question Locked out of Windows by the PIN

Alright this is weird. My computer says I have to reset my PIN on my Windows 10 lock screen. However when I try to do that it wants to send a verification code to my email address. However email address is invalid so therefore I can't receive the code. It does not give me the option of sending the code to my phone number. I've been at this for four Plus hours because I can't get any humans on the phone at Microsoft. Or Hewlett-Packard which is the brand of the computer. I tried to reset my Microsoft email and password via a tablet. But the changes aren't being reflected on my desktop computer
