Locked Samsung Tablet

I need a factory reset of my Grandaughters Tab. Someone tried to access the tab without knowing the correct username and password enough times that it locked.

Contact the vendor of the tablet or if you got it from a cell phone company, contact them.

You can also do it yourself, just do a web search by the model you have and "factory reset", easy to find.

Should also be instructions for this in the manual if you kept that.

I looked in the manual fpr the 10.1 and there is nothing about how to do the factory reset!!

Then next page 191 tells you how to do a reset.

You can probably unlock it without a reset, if you got the tablet from a phone company, you can contact their support. Google support may also help you.
