Locking audio devices?

I dunno if this is the right forum, but is there a way to lock specific audio devices on other users. I dont want anyone to use my headset, except for myself and i hope theres a way to lock it.

Headsets...ummm..with 3.5mm or usb jack? Lock them inside the closet maybe?
