near Ald Velothi and an Ekash's Locksplitter scroll available in bandits'
coves all over. Or just go out the other door the way you're supposed to...

Right. You're still in the "tutorial" introduction to the game, so they
applied such a high lock level to make sure you'd go out the other door.
