Log in icon and fonts too small in win 7

Hi guys I have a new pc with win 7. I know but it was free i'll upgrade later lol.

Anyway I adjust the dpi and resolution and have my Pc just the way I want except for the log in screen.
Where I log in the picture and log in form is so small I can barely see it. Is there anyway to fix that ?

if its complicated I may need step by step instructions.

What is your monitor resolution and what did you set the DPI and resolution in Windows to?
