Log in missing

I am unable to get to the log in prompt. I also do not have the three access buttons on the bottom right corner. Is there any way to log in?

did anyone run the command in windows 10 to baypass windows 10 log in and go to the desktop?? if not scan for malware and virus if the pc clean it may be a damaged user account.
